You follow the dikes along the Hollandsche IJssel, the Lek, the Meije and the Amstel.
A large part runs through the Green Heart of the Netherlands.
The route is almost 260 kilometers and you are on the road for a whole day.
In the weekend it can be very busy with cyclists on this route, so keep that in mind.
One of the most beautiful pieces is the Meije, this is a beautiful dike road, very narrow so beware and I the weekend very busy, sometimes even closed due to events.
Start and end at Hajé Nieuwegein.
This route is worth 4 stars because of the many dike roads.
