Route Summary We drive from Zeven to Osterode am Harz in Germany.
It is a 280 kilometer ride. The roads are good to ride, we ride on provincial roads and the last part we ride on beautiful winding mountain roads in the Harz mountains.
There are no stops planned at sights along the way, but you can stop to take a nice photo of the reservoirs in the Harz.

RouteXpert Review It is a short ride with few stops, We drive on provincial roads provincial roads. It is a short ride with only few stops. On the way we pass a number of villages and small towns where you can stop for something to eat and drink.
The last part of the ride, from Langelsfeld, goes through the Harz Mountains and here it starts to get beautiful, beautiful roads with lots of bends and views of the beautiful reservoirs.
Please note that the Harz is a very popular area for motorcyclists, campers and tourists in general, so it can get busy.
In Osterode we camp at Camping Eulenburg, this camping also offers simple rooms and dormitories for rent. There is a small swimming pool, camping Imbiss and Biergarten. The owner and his staff are very hospitable and we like to come there.
With the campsite as a starting point you have many beautiful routes in the Harz Mountains to ride. I have included one by Michel van Hagen (MRA Founder) and two of my favorites in the links.

About this region
The Harz (German: [haːɐ̯ts] (listen)) is a highland area in northern Germany. It has the highest elevations for that region, and its rugged terrain extends across parts of Lower Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and Thuringia. The name Harz derives from the Middle High German word Hardt or Hart (hill forest). The name Hercynia derives from a Celtic name and could refer to other mountain forests, but has also been applied to the geology of the Harz. The Brocken is the highest summit in the Harz with an elevation of 1,141.1 metres (3,744 ft) above sea level. The Wurmberg (971 metres (3,186 ft)) is the highest peak located entirely within the state of Lower Saxony.

Round trip through the Czech Republic from Bergen in Limburg
This tour where you are discharged through the Czech Republic via 10 beautiful routes from Bergen (L), takes you to the following Czech cities; Harrachov is located on the west side of the Giant Mountains, a few kilometers from the Polish border. From here you will make the 3 round trips. The next place is Rychnov, with its many imposing buildings. But also Prague, the city of 100 towers, the historic center, the castle of Prague and of course you cross the river Vltava via the Charles Bridge, a city to stay longer than 1 day. This round trip is completed with 1 overnight stay in Germany on the way there and 2 on the way back.
