Route 03B / 15 of a three-week round trip through the west of America. From Pacific Grove / Montery to San Francisco with first the 17 Mile Drive (not accessible to motorbikes).
Departure from the hotel in a northerly direction. First stop (2) at the Point Pinos Lighthouse and then drive back along the coast to the south to take the famous 17 Mile Drive. This is a toll road, not accessible to motorcyclists. In the case of a sea fog, this road is not worth it, you really do not see enough.
We pass among others Bird Rock Vista Point RP 6, Lone Cypress RP 7, Pescadero Point RP 8 and the chic Pebble Beach.
From Carmel it then goes via Hwy 1 to San Francisco.
Note, currently a piece is closed between RP 10 and RP 11, skip point was used. If you are going to drive this route, check this before and after.
